Sqloud

me@leed.at로 문의하기

Sqloud support

How can we help?

If you have a question or run into a problem with Sqloud, check the help below and the FAQ first. If that doesn't solve it, email us.

Contact us

To help us look into it quickly, include your device model, iOS version, app version, server type and version (for example MySQL 8.0 or MariaDB 11), how you connect (TLS mode, SSH tunnel or not) and the error message you see. Never send passwords, private keys or real data.

Email me@leed.at

Getting started

  1. Add a connectionTap + in the connection list and enter a name, host, port (3306 by default), user and password.
  2. Set up TLS or SSHFor servers reached over the internet, turn on TLS or set up an SSH tunnel.
  3. Test the connectionUse Test connection to check the server version and TLS status, then save.
  4. Browse and runOpen the connection, pick a table in the sidebar or open the SQL editor and run a query.

Troubleshooting

I can't connect to my server

  • Check the host and port (3306 by default for MySQL).
  • Make sure the server accepts connections from your device. MySQL's bind-address, a firewall or a cloud security group may be blocking it.
  • If your MySQL user is limited to a host (such as 'user'@'localhost'), make sure it can connect from your device's or SSH server's address.
  • For servers on the same Wi‑Fi, allow Sqloud in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Local Network.
  • For servers that aren't reachable from outside, connect through an SSH tunnel via an SSH server you can reach.

I get a TLS error

  • To use Verify CA or full verification, add the CA certificate (PEM) that signed the server certificate to the connection.
  • If you connect by IP address, full verification may fail because it doesn't match the host name in the certificate. Connect using that host name, or use Verify CA.
  • Required encrypts the connection but doesn't check the certificate. It can be a stopgap for servers with self-signed certificates.

It says the key format isn't supported

Sqloud supports ED25519 and RSA private keys; ECDSA keys aren't supported yet. Create a new key with ssh-keygen -t ed25519, add it to authorized_keys on the server and use that key.

It says the SSH host key changed

If the server was reinstalled or its key was replaced, get the new fingerprint from the server's administrator, check that it matches the one on screen, then trust it. If nothing like that happened, it could be a man-in-the-middle attack, so don't connect.

I can't save another connection

The free plan saves one connection. Upgrade to Sqloud Pro (monthly or lifetime) to save more.

I bought Pro but it isn't applied

Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it, then tap Restore Purchases in the app. You need a network connection to fetch Apple's transaction records.

I want to cancel or get a refund

Cancel the subscription in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Payments are handled by Apple, so request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

About the ads

The free plan shows banner ads below the connection list and sidebar. Turn off Personalized ads in the app's Settings > Ads and privacy to see only ads that aren't based on your interests. Sqloud Pro shows no ads.

Deleting your data

Sqloud has no sign-up and no developer server, so there's no account or server data to delete. Deleting a connection removes its profile, its password and SSH key in the Keychain, its history, saved queries and editor drafts.

iOS may keep Keychain items after an app is deleted, so to be sure your secrets are gone, delete your connections before deleting the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.
